Pick Your Potion Motion Design
Animating the Pick Your Potion Promotion
As the member of the design team at Silver Reef Hotel Casino Spa with the most motion design experience, I was frequently tasked with bringing the designs of my colleagues to life for in-house video display, as well as for local broadcast television deployments.
The source materials for this project were already built out using a combination of Illustrator and Photoshop. I did need to go back into the source files and perform additional breakouts of the various sub-elements in order to add the motion that the static visuals so strongly implied.
Timed against the audio that had been produced for radio and television broadcast, the final product imbued significant life into the static art. When paired with the radio read and music bed, the halloween-theme fully carried through.
Conclusion
Thanks to consistent engagement with every department, the final website launch in December 2022 was met with widespread internal support. Team members, supervisors, and executives frequently shared positive feedback, often noting how much they enjoyed the refreshed site.
Mission accomplished.
